Especially considering that the FDA itself has”probed” to the link between artificial food dyes along with children’s behavior! Red #40 has been associated with the Center for Science in the Public Interest, amongst others, wants the FDA to prohibit artificial food colors. Further decreasing trans fat intake by preventing artificial trans fat can stop 10,000-20,000 heart attacks and 3,000-7,000 coronary cardiovascular disease deaths every year from the U.S.

Why does the FDA let these harmful ingredients in supplements? They are cheap fillers. Individuals still have this concept that bigger is better. Until we understand that smaller may be equally as great, producers will use cheap horrible fillers to provide us larger horse sized tablets.

Dangerous Ingredients #3: Lead, Mercury, & PCBs
